It is rare that I am impressed with the urge to do something twice – there are so many patterns in my queue and so little time!  But after my this pattern use first shirt dress, I felt still like another.  I bought this shirting because of the color (I love green and it is more Emerald than it looks on my monitor.)  I had planned to make a tunic, but after I I knew my shirt dress that only a dress that could just be Plaid!  Such of check box Buffalo Plaid is in style right now.  I like it - it is less than a more traditional Plaid speckled.  The only negative point is that the matching thread is impossible.  I stopped most of the quilting because there was simply no way to get it look good.

The sleeves were cut on the bias and I shine through on the buttonholes fabric connectivity over and over so I wouldn't get white.  The dress that could possibly a bit smaller in the Corsair but I tend to winter on the larger page err.  It is 2 inches longer when I plan the lace dress-, it sometimes wear without tights, and so I wanted to knee length.  I had trouble with the collar, - I forgot that even at first glance, and had to rip back to wrap the seams.  Then get I could stay there in the village to the quilting, but I finally solved this problem using a Gluestick to glue the collar down in front seams - I read that somewhere and it's a great tip!

I love this dress I definitely about the shirt dress this winter.  And I am very proud my Plaid matching - you can say that it in the front in these photos buttons!
