Last weekend I was lucky, make a side trip to Montreal, the city knows good enough that he could be a tour guide with a good friend. Thanks to some snap sales start we have us first class train tickets and back, and spent the weekend enjoy food and conversation and walking around the old city.
It was a real highlight, meeting with Tanis and her husband Chris, to speak for brunch and chat and more cooperation. You are great people and yarn to make awesome much fabulous effort put in their corner of the world. We look forward to more knitting awesomeness 2011!
It was a cool weekend pleasant to be sure, yet certainly regular stops for food or drink all that. I had a great time and would be happy to visit again. (Note to self: return with a larger shopping budget.) (And more French skills.) Thanks, Montreal!
