I think that for the first time I was not overwhelmed by the big ness of Rhinebeck. I was planning to have a nice time and hang out with some awesome Kntters and buy some beautiful things along the way, and that's what I did. I drove down with a big van load of Canadian knitters and stayed with a House load of American ones. It has been crazy a weekend of yarn-related and collect in a good way.
Ann, who bought a fleece in Rhinebeck last Yes R, wore the sweater had knitted from the yarn you had spun from the fleece gekauft.Ich think Rhinebeck last year, she won.
But then Stacey (new curly-haired sister friend) also wins because you broke your foot last Wednesday and still came.Elspeth made sure you got your scooter.Pretty was slick, compact around the Fairgrounds in style.
Today I ended up meeting with Sandi mittags.Sie had the garlic dog I had deep fried mushrooms.
We looked at spindles and fibre, some fibre you wore on your head like a Crown, you know how to do.
The sheep, goats) were Schafige (and goaty?)…
Emily bought their body weight in Briar Rose yarn…
We went to the ravelry Meetup and the Internet came to life before my eyes, and Gwen received their first ravelry key...
A few of us bloggers/ravelry played bingo…
Jo bought all the spinning fibers
There were relating to yarn thing-s, not yarn…
Because I was there for 2 days and not only 1 of this time, there was even a little time to sit and knitting…
And then it was vorbei.Danke, Rhinebeck!
