And the winner is...Yulie!

I have a saw a long time for a hat that I actually thought looked cute on me.I'll admit if Silvia suggested the Yulie Hat I was originally said skeptisch.Ehrlich, had I never as a beret style as my Stil.Aber I knew from experience that Grumperina Kathy has excellent taste, so I decided to trust.

It turned out, I like this on me.

The front view.

From the back.

Project details:

Pattern: Yulie of Grumperina.

As at all Grumperina pattern, everything is well thought out, and there are very clear directions for everything. This hat is a simple top stitch. If you have YO and two together (knit differently), can this hat easily drippers is not at all obvious tip, if you wear it, but there also robust wants the open stitch, as I a nice drape used.

Yarn: One 225 yd.Strand of Madelinetosh Tosh DK in MOSS and together of the same yarn in graphite.I have enough left over for another two of these hats yarn.

Despite its name DK this yarn is a lightweight worsted weight superwash Merino wolle.Es was a pleasure with the stricken-- very soft and not splitty.Seien warned of blocking, was a fair amount of dye run Off.Ich would hesitate, a light and a dark color yarns in the same garment to combine would this "Hand-colored" applies to almost all type yarn, be no criticism of this one in particular.

Needles: A U.S. size 5 for the ribbing and a US size 7 bamboo circular and bamboo of DPNs for the body of the Hutes.Alle needles stolen from my sister.

It feels really nice to want, again to stricken.Ich a man sock project on the needles have, as well two beautiful Pullover.Oder maybe I'll see a different hat these remains are machen.Wir as we go.
